Is Konsolity free?
Yes, without an account, with unlimited hosts. The paid plans sync and unlock Studio. The 14-day trial gives everything.
Why does my session not reattach?
The server probably has neither tmux nor screen: a “not resumable” banner says so. Install tmux on the server (apt install tmux); on a computer of the account, Konsolity bundles its own.
My iPhone cannot reach my Mac on 4G
Check: account signed in on both devices, two-factor authentication on, “Remote access” on on the Mac, “Remote Login” enabled in macOS. The tab and the log give the exact reason.
Can I import my hosts?
Yes: ~/.ssh/config and OpenSSH keys (Parc › import), or a Konsolity export (.ky).
What happens to my vault if I lose my password?
The recovery key reopens it. Without it, it is lost: the server cannot decrypt it.
Where are my invoices?
app.konsolity.com › Plan and billing › Billing portal.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings › Account › Delete account (master password asked). Server data is purged.
